Job title: Sales representative or sales management

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for seafood machine, chiller, evaporator market research and demand analysis;
2. Responsible for annual sales forecast, target setting and decomposition;
3. Determine the sales department's target system and sales quota;
4. Formulate sales plans and sales budgets;
5. Responsible for sales channels and customer management;
6. Establish a sales team and train sales staff;
7. Evaluate sales performance and build a sales team.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, marketing, refrigeration and other related majors;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the sales industry, those with sales management experience are preferred;
3. Have rich customer resources and customer relationships, and excellent performance;
4. Have strong market analysis, marketing, promotion capabilities and good interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem-solving capabilities;
5. Have a strong sense of professionalism and certain leadership skills.
