The weather has turned cold recently. Some customers reported that the seafood machine ran intermittently during the heating process and stopped due to E04 fault. According to the analysis, the above problems occurred in the following two situations.

1. Abnormal operation defrosting

Handling method: Press and hold the "up key" and "down key" for 10 seconds in standby or power-on state to enter the administrator parameter setting. At this time, the "water tank temperature" display window shows F01, and the "set temperature" display window shows the value corresponding to F01. Then press the "up key" to adjust to F23, set the value corresponding to F23 to 1, and then adjust to F30, set the value corresponding to F30 to 1. After setting, there is no need to press a button, and it will automatically save and exit.

2. Heating when the water temperature and ambient temperature are too high

Description: Because the seafood machine is adjusted to the living water temperature suitable for most fish, the water temperature is 20℃ or below during heating. Considering that when the water temperature is 20℃ and the ambient temperature is above 20℃, the fish pond does not need to be heated and the machine will not operate the heating. Only when the ambient temperature is below 20℃, the fish pond may need to be heated, and the machine will operate the heating when needed. Therefore, the seafood machine heating operating environment is: water temperature ≤20℃, ambient temperature ≤20℃.

Processing method: When the ambient temperature is lower than the water temperature, the set water temperature should be set at 20℃ or below.
